Born in Hunan, China in 1977, she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University and taught at the Department of Humanities and Art Design of Tongji University in Shanghai. She is now a professional artist, a member of the China Ceramic Artists Association, and a member of the Shanghai Arts and Crafts Design Association. The characters are round and simple, with a naive attitude, especially the complacent energy is very pleasing, which is often people's first impression of Xie Aige's works. They either have a wonderful interaction with the clouds and birds around them, or stretch and use their bodies without any scruples. The blurred facial features and the two shallow eyes seem to imply that what you feel with your heart is more real than what you see with your eyes. Loyalty to childishness and the pursuit of freedom live together in her body. The truth and pureness that connect the two flow in Xie Aige's blood and penetrate every inch of her works.
